What is the Law of Attraction?
The Law of Attraction works on the basis of "like attracts like". Whatever vibration/frequency we give off to the world reflects back to us. What we think, feel, dream and imagine will manifest into our physical reality. Every second of the day we are creating the world around us with our thoughts and intent. This can work for or against us. The universe can't decipher positive and negative, it will always deliver to you what you truly believe will happen. When going about your day to day life try and keep a positive frame of mind, when in a situation that could have many outcomes, focus on the outcome you most want, not what you don't want.
Using the Law of Attraction
We all want to manifest the best life for ourselves and for our loved ones as possible. The Law of Attraction can be very useful to help us do that. Below are a few steps to getting started with the Law of Attraction and some helpful hints for using this law in your life.
Step 1 - What do you want?
Its quite hard to manifest something into reality if you don't know what your trying to manifest. So the first step to using the LOA is actually deciding what you want. Think carefully about this as sometimes what first springs to mind might not actually be what you truly want (its our deep true desires that have the strongest power to manifest, as they have the most intense emotions behind them).
So take some time out to have a good long think about how you actually want your life to be. Meditate, go within, strip away all the pressures and perceptions others have made for your life and find what's most important to you.
Step 2 - Believe
Now you know what you want, you must believe that you are capable of having it. This is a lot harder than it sounds, especially if things haven't been going particularly well for you recently. Put any current negativities aside and focus on something positive you want.
Visualising yourself in your ideal situation helps it become believable to you. The more you see yourself with the life you want and the more you feel like your already there, the quicker you will get there.
Step 3 - Be Thankful
Now you believe you can have what you desire, be thankful for it as though it was already here. Gratitude is an extremely powerful emotion. When we are thankful for something, it is like we are sending a little message to universe saying
"Thank you, I liked that, send more of that to me please"
So by feeling gratitude for something we have not yet got, we can help manifest it into our life.
Step 4 - Surrender
After completing the first 3 steps, Surrender really is the key to unlocking your goals. In my opinion its the act of surrendering that makes the whole thing happen, The final piece of the puzzle and one of the hardest steps to achieve.
Surrender doesn't mean to give up. it means that you surrender your wants/wishes to the universe because you accept that ultimately, its the universe/fate/god/creator (whatever resonates with you) that is going to make this happen for you. Trust that the universe is working behind the scenes, creating cords and events which will unknowingly to you at that time, lead you to your goal. the universe is your biggest supporter, its always rooting for you. So have no fear in surrendering to its beautiful plan.
